Hi, Wendy! I also went to Camp Northern Hills. I talk about it a bit on my blog today at Girl Scout Betsy. There is a site that has the original patch on it. You need to scroll down to see it. I loved my time at Northern Hills. What a great camp. I think Marie told me that the camp was sold to a movie company. http://www.vintagegirlscout.com/campWI.html. Marie was a counselor at Northern Hills. Her camp name was George. She lives in Louisville, KY now.

Hi Wendy!! I too was a camper at Northern Hills and worked as a “cindy” in the kitchen one of the final summers that the camp was owned by the Girl Scouts. I have very fond memories of that camp!!

I remember you Julie. I still have contact with Christopher Robin, I was IVI. It would be great to have a reunion. I retired to the Upper Penisula of Mi.

Hi– A few years late to his post but I am happy to see others talking about Northern Hills- What is the FB group? Any idea of the address or the area. I am trying to find it on a map. I also heard it was sold to a movie studio and I am curious what happened to the land.

I read your post about camp northern hills. I led a trip with GT to
Pictured Rocks in 1978. Were you part of it? There is a Northern Hills Facebook page that keeps many of us connected.

I think that was the trip I was on. I don’t remember what my camp name was that year but I do remember getting a tape from you of many of the camp songs.
